Returns/Exchanges

  • Please follow these guidelines for hassle free returns
  • Safari Town is confident that after purchasing one of our great products you will be fully satisfied. In the event you are not completely satisfied, the following return/exchange policy’s will help us more quickly attend your needs.
  • Please send an email to safaritown@gmail.com. to get a a return authorization #  (RA#). Products returned without a return authorization # will be refused. Please write your RA# on the outside of the box.
  • Most non sale merchandise may be returned up to 30 days from the products ship date, (sale merchandise 15 days from the products ship date), provided it is in new condition with all tags, and original packaging, and  has the product receipt included to qualify for a full refund. We do subtract for our original shipping costs from your refund or credit.
  • Return shipping must be prepaid ( paid by the customer), we do not accept COD deliveries  and, we do not issue call tags. We also  recommend you get insurance and a tracking number, as Safari Town can not be liable for lost or damaged merchandise that you sent back to us..
  • In the event that you do have to return something please send us an email to safaritown@gmail.com  Att: Customer Service Dept.
  • What if  my shipment is damaged, or incomplete! Safari Town  will do our best to package your shipment safely, and carefully.  In the event that your shipment is damaged or incomplete. Please contact the shipping company to file a claim with them immediately, and save all original packaging. Your claim must be handled through the shipping company. Please call us if you need any further assistance.
  • To Return Products to Safari Town Surf Shop
  • Send email to safaritown@gmail.com with reason for return and get a return authorization #.
  • Include in your shipment all original tags, manuals, original packaging, and a copy of your receipt to qualify for a refund. Write your RA #  on the outside of the box, not on original packaging.
  • Indicate if you want replacement, refund or a store credit
  • For your protection we suggest that you return your merchandise UPS, Fed EX, or insured USPS for tracking purposes. Insurance should also be added and is relatively inexpensive. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments from the shipping companies so please insure any returns for your own protection.

  • Shipping date should not be confused with the date the order is placed. All orders must be processed before they can be shipped. Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. The ship date is the actual date the completed order is shipped from our store. It is not the date the order is placed.
