Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given for all reservations up to 72 hours before your scheduled rental, lesson, tour.
Cancellations made after the 72 hour limit, or no shows will be charged the full amount!
You must modify or cancel your rental, lesson or tour with 72 hours prior to your scheduled time in order to qualify for a refund. Once we are within 72 hours of your scheduled time, all sales are final. If we need to cancel your rental, lesson, or tour due to unsafe weather conditions, or for any unforeseen circumstances, then we will call you to reschedule or issue a refund at that time. Reservations and rental equipment will be reserved and held for you, so any cancellations made after the 72 hour limit will be charged the full amount for any and every reason. This includes illness, car trouble, traffic delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. This policy protects you by holding your reservation (which blocks other customers from making reservations after we are full), and protects our tour guides, and instructors from late cancellations and no shows.
Cancellations by Safari Town for high surf, or dangerous conditions (surf advisories, extreme weather, and/or unsafe surf conditions) will be rescheduled or given a refund. We want your first surfing, and or kayak experience to be a safe one. Cancellations by Safari Town for dangerous conditions (extreme weather, and/or unsafe weather conditions) In such cases we will issue a refund or reschedule your rental, lesson, or tour.
We do operate our kayak tours rain or shine, and don’t cancel for mild weather changes.
